Demand & Supply Planner
Job Description
The Demand & Supply Planner position creates the demand plan & manages the service level for the country.
The Supply Chain function ensures the integration of all key business processes from supplier to customers, providing products, services and information that add value for customers and stakeholders. The function manages sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, supply chain (warehousing, logistics and distribution) and planning processes and ensures optimal alignment between demand and supply at a global scale, taking into account efficiency, required flexibility, security of supply and considering costs, working capital, quality levels, service levels, company and society values.
The position will work closely with various stakeholders and functions, including Manufacturing, Demand Planning, Procurement, New Product Development and Finance. As part of cross-functional project teams, you will manage new product introductions and phase out of products.
Continuous improvement is one of the key areas in this role and throughout our organization. You will daily monitor your performance in terms of results and define actions to steer towards your targets. For this, you will cooperate with and influence key stakeholders in your network. You will participate in improvement initiatives to optimize our Supply Chain.

For this role as a Demand & Supply Planner we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
- 3 - 5 years Supply Chain planning experience;
- Experience in an international FMCG company
- Import & Export Knowledge is a plus
- Degree in BA, BS or MBA (preferred)
- Good command of SAP & MS Office Programs
- Excellent command of English
